Board of Directors
The Children’s Centre is a not-for-profit organization which is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, whose role is to provide direction and leadership to the Centre. The Board uses a Policy Governance Model which ensures the Board is governing the organization on behalf of the community. It focuses on setting the expected end results and strategic directions for the organization while at the same time ensuring the Centre is operating in a prudent, ethical, and business-like manner.
